Shanghai Yuchen Playing Cards Industry Co., Ltd., was established in Shanghai in 1994 as a professional manufacturer of plastic coated playing cards, game cards, and promotional cards with a total investment capital of RMB 250,000,000 (US$30,000,000). The registered trade marks are “Motor” (for the international market) and “Yaoji”（for the domestic market）.The factory is located at JiaDing District in Shanghai and covers a total area of 150,000 square meters of land.
The company’s magistral products，the high quality “Yaoji” and “Motor” brands playing cards，enjoy high reputation in both the domestic and international markets. Because of the company’s high quality production and customer satisfaction, in the same year 2001 the company was awarded two awards: “Shanghai Famous Trademark” and “China Top-ten Stationary Brand”. Our company is ceaselessly striving to provide high quality playing cards according to the demands of our old and new customers. Our company maintains an annual production of 300million decks.

With all the above successes, many famous International playing card companies are now geared to cooperate with us to develop the global playing card market. (1) Printing machines- we use the world most advanced and first class computer-controlled ROLAND and CD HEIDELBERG printing machines, full automatic mould-cutter and box plaster machines. These machines are manufactured in Germany and are the best in the world. Our company is the only one in China that uses these very expensive German-made printing machines.

(2) Printing papers- Our Company uses more than four different grades of high quality printing papers, which includes the two sides coated duplex board with purple center and black center.

Our playing cards have the following advantages:

(a) Have a very strong bending resistance capability .

(b) Flexibility- our playing cards can still restore their original shapes after several times of bending.

(d) The surfaces are uniform and smooth, slippery, that makes the output of our printing very effective, less friction, and bright colors. We also print playing cards with cambric surfaces.

(3) Ink-Our company adopts China’s advanced printing techniques and uses the best locally made environmental-protected inks. But we also import inks from Japan.

(4) Chemistry Laboratory- Our company built a chemistry laboratory based on ISO9001 criteria in order to do our research work and to produce a special glazing auxiliary material to enhance the quality of the playing cards in terms of uniformity and smoothness, brightness, flexibility, durability, with waterproof capability, etc.

(5) We have over 600 well trained employees with many years of playing cards production experience. The high professionalism of our Engineers greatly contributes to our high quality production.
